Ghosts generally live in a world of isolation, but they are able to communicate with one another if they so wish to. The thing is ghosts are typically violent and creature of isolation so they're not likely to talk to anyone.

Yes they do.
They call each other on a Cellphone that uses a protocol that works on very different frequencies and bandwidth then the Phones used by the Humans.
This is the reason why we humans never hear their Cellphones ringing or the sounds of their chats with each other. They also use ESP ( Extra Sensory Perception) though we very mistakenly and spookily think that its only Humans who can have ESP.
They talk to each other on Landlines also. Since land-line is not so secure , sometimes we can hear spooky sounds on our phone lines.
Also think of the Movie named Scary Movie ( Torry Spelling gets ' laid ' rather well and in quite a heavy duty industrious way by a Ghost ) or even " I know what you did last Summer " ( Ghosts calling on the Land-line) . In these movies we see how Ghosts talk to each other and on the phones.

People use the term ghosts, but most people really do not know what ghosts are.
The beings behind the ghost phenomenon do talk to each other, yes.
Those beings are fallen angels that remain unseen in the human world most of the time, even though they are very real and very involved in our daily lives every second and almost every where we are.

No they do not. Remember Ghost are not human and they are unable to communicate in any humans way. There may be a way for them to communicate but it is not know how.
