Yes, submit form A464 in triplicate (if you can find it), file a decree in the local newspaper, then put your question to a vote.
If NO ONE shows up and votes for one of the bad answers, then user your power of veto and vote for NBA. If at the end of the prescribed period, no one else picks a different answer, then the NBA gods will reclaim the question and you will be refunded your points in full. However, if you exercise your power of vote and there is another singular vote for one of the "bad" responses, then you could potentially be in limbo for a long time.
OR, you could settle out of court. Bite the bullet, choose one of the nasty answers that goes against the fiber and spirit of the site. And as settlement for such action, you get 3 points now.
Your choice.

Yes, your points will be refunded if the question goes to a vote and the "no best answer" option is chosen by the majority of voters.

No, and I think we should be able to pick a WORST answerer and subtract 5 points from the person.
