If your relationship is basically good with your relatives and it's rocky with her, those facts tell you that she's the problem. Get out of the relationship with her before she ruins your other lifelines. No descent woman would make her husband choose between her and his family.
There are exceptions to this rule. If, for example, she's very together and successful in her life and her relationships with her friends and her family and the rest of your family and friends, and your 2 relatives are not good poeple, or are good but have things like addiction issues etc. to the point that she thinks they are bringing you and her down, then she may have a point. But if your boys arent losers, she shouldn't be making you pick.

well right now i would just hold off a bit. i mean if you love your wife and you love your cousin+brother then your wife really should understand.
family is very important and they would be there for the rest of your life. If you break ties with your brother+cousin, she will know that she can control you. whos to say she wont make you choose later? Seriously look at your relationship and decide if shes just trying to control you and push your buttons. You need to step up then and tell her that you are NOT going to let go of your family just for her. But remind her that you love her and shes just going to have to deal with this situation.

a wife who really loved you wouldn't ask you to choose when it comes to family.
if the relationship isn't that secure, maybe she's trying to find a way out with this.

What?? you don't chose your family . . you can chose a house to live in, a car to drive, even a wife to marry but you cannot chose your family . . . doesn't mean you have to like who they are but they will always be your family that you can not chose.
