i think u r the only guy to raise this question .but this is not a UPA govt rather its a coalition govt made by lalu and he will rule in the name of koda . read the history of 50 years of india u will find congress has never let any non congress govt. wether of its support or it may be in opposition had led it to run smothely they are the greatest criminals of india who never let india to became free and this has also happens due to them and thus we can say its life is on ventilation and the oxigen is provided by cong. and lalu. and so it all depends on them , other thing is that lalu and soren have some cases pending in jharkhand . just after the dismissal of the case the govt will collapse and president rule will impose for new election.and public will be the looser of all this drama.
