Well, just looking at the link you provided...

The myLot services are provided "AS-IS" and as available and myLot expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. myLot cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the myLot services.

Payment. myLot pays users monthly (on or around the 15th of the month) with minimum account balance of $10 US and carry forward of unpaid amounts. No where on there do I see where this cash comes from (I assume popup ads, but I'm not going to agree to their terms to find out) nor do I see an address to contact them.

No this is a scam, much the same as all these surveys and work from home systems.
