Go to the main office of the school system, not the individual school. They will have job postings and an application you can fill out. You may also want to try private schools.

Report to your the workforce center or unemployment center. Also you can call the cafeteria manager at the school where you are interested in applying.

Stop being lazy and go to every school you may want to work in and ask. You'll have to get there every single day if you get the job anyway, so it can hardly be the biggest chore in the world.
