I had my tubes cut at age 28 and now im remarried and would love to have them fixed so I can give my husband a child of his won .how successful is this reversal on the tubes ?is there any hope for me ?its been 15 years since the tubal .

I know it can be reversed b/c I had a friend that had it done. It cost a good bit (but since it wasn't my money I can't remember just how much!) BUT I also had another friend that wanted it reversed and when they went to see what could be done they found that her tubes had rotted and that it was starting to affect her uterus as well and she ended up with a total hysterectomy instead. It had been about 20 yrs since she'd had hers done.

my mother is trying to do the same, but we looked into it and the procedure is very costly. but if tha isnt a problem, then i would say, your first step is to visit a doctor for a conciltation.
