i haven't, but a friend of mine was exactly like you. for the last month or so of her pregnancy, she would cry at anything and everything. don't worry, you're normal and at 38 weeks, you don't have much longer to go! congratulations!

I am 37 weeks and I too have been VERY tearful. A week ago I got put on FMLA due to elevated BP so I have not been as tired and stressed and I have noticed that I have not been as tearful. So maybe you need to take a bit extra time for yourself if at all possible and get some extra rest. (I know you are uncomfortable, but I have found that even if I don't get "sleep", if I slow down and rest in a quiet place, I DO feel more rested and can "deal" with things better)
Hope this helps at least a little....We are almost there!!!
Congratulations!

Don't feel bad honey, when I was at that stage with my oldest son a Snuggle fabric softener commercial of all things made me cry. And they're not in the least bit sad or endearing! It's all your hormones getting you ready for delivery. You'll cry at the drop of a hat, but just try to laugh it off when you can. Good luck and congrats on your impending baby!! =)

I'm 27 weeks and I cry for no reason. Well stupid reasons. It is a hormonal, but since you are so close to birth it may be stress too. I had a dream about my baby(it's going to be a girl) one night. She was so beautiful and sweet, I was holding her showing her to one of the girls I work with(she was about 3-4months old in my dream) and I woke up. When I came out of the dream and remembered she wasn't born yet, I started crying because I wanted her so bad. I'm crying now just remembering her in my dream.

you poor thing, you are just hormonal, and probably tired. Getting nrevous, and anxious. I have been there (four times) take a nap. That is the best advise I can give you. You are about to have a baby, it will take alot out of you, but you can do it. Try to rest, and relax. Don't worry about crying, people understand.

congrats on the babe, and may you have an easy delivery, and a beautiful baby.

My oldest daughter went through the same thing a few days before she went into labor with each of her children. It's nothing to be concerned with. It's just your body getting ready to deliver the baby. My daughter even went in to the doctor's office the day after she hit 38 weeks with her last baby and told him to get the baby out of her because she did not want to be pregnant any longer.

May be a sign of oncoming labor due to increased hormones! Just maybe anyway, or could just be something else.

I was that way for a little while. it's just horomones. I'd cry at commercials. You're just horomonal and it doesn't take much to make you cry. Is there anything that you've been thinking about or that's been happening that makes you upset? That could be it too.
