I rubbed almond oil on my tummy before and after having my son. I don't know if it will work if you didn't use it during your pregnancy but it might be worth a shot.

The almond oil was about $4 bucks at my health food store. You will find it with the other cooking oils.

My mother thought I was a bit nutty for using a cooking oil but when she saw that it actually worked she told me that she wished she had known about it when she was pregnant with us kids.

No other oil will work as well...it must be ALMOND oil!

First you need to watch what you are eating, try to do some exercise every day. I'm sure you don't feel good about yourself but you can achive your ideal weight by what i just said.
As for stretch mark they never go away even tought you use creams, which fade the top skin surface to make it not noticable.
There are all type of cream that just make in lighter, Avon has a Refine cream that do what is say.... try it....

they say theres a cream that works called Strivectin SD...and i think it comes in pills too. Ive never tried it though...it costs like 150 dollars . Ive been trying the cocoa butter for a long long time and i cant tell if it diminished the appearance but it didn't get rid of them....i guess all u can do is to prevent more of them

Im sure there's planty of stuff out in the market today to prevent stretch marks, but its always good to use coco butter cream, that prevents the stretch marks from getting all nasty. And dont scratch them, Im sure it itches, thats because the skin is stretching, just rub coco butter cream on it, when it itch, that will soothe your skin.
