In California, any day the place you artwork over 8 hours qualifies you for extra time pay, in spite of the completed hours for the week. An exception ought to be once you artwork a 4/10 shift. E.G. you will not get time beyond regulation for the two hours over 8 via fact the ten hour day is your familiar shift.

Nah, seven days are enough to make anyone stay on their toes. What would you do with an eighth day of the week? I bet we would work 6 days a week then instead of 5!

I hope not - my calendars all have only 7 days in a week and I don't think that I could handle one more day a week.

Technically yes. Because of the earth's position and its rotation, there is one day left over every week. Of course we don't know that.
