It all depends on what you get out of it. From your question I can pick up that you are tired.
Consider the impact it will have on you business if you don't work 12 hour days.
It is quite OK to do this as long as you eat right, exercise and set things in place to gradually reduce these hours without affecting your gains.

I opened my own business, doubled my salary but worked 16 hours a day, seven days a week. No time to relax and enjoy life. Thats up to you. I decided it was not worth it.

That depends. There's a lot of factors to consider. Do you have family? Do you have kids that you ignore for your business? Are you happy? Are you miserable? If you went back to work for someone else would you be happier or more miserable? Good luck..

real simple. If you need to work that many hours to make a good living then its well worth it. If not and you can find other work for the same money then why bother?

If you enjoy it, it's rewarding yet stimulating, gives back to you in monetary rewards...then get the business to where YOU feel satisfied and start to train someone to assist you and enjoy your life in a different capacity
