Exercise, Eat healthy, (no chocolate/dont eat food with lots of chemicals in it ect) Take vitamins, remember your eating for two now, alot of your bodys nutrients are going to the baby now, so eat vitamins so you both can stay healthy and strong, Make regular visits to a doctor.
If you dont know what vitamins to take, go to a pharmacy, or a local health food store :)
