My running backs are Cadillac, Thomas Jones, Reggie Bush and Fred Taylor, and my wide receivers are Javon Walker, Laverneaus Coles, Roy Williams (+ 1 on the bench, non-factor). I am being offered a trade w/ two possibilities: Roy Williams for Joseph Addai, or Roy Williams for Deuce McCallister. Do either seem worth it, and if so, which one is better. I am 1-1 in my league, and the owner offering the trade has an abysmal squad, and is 0-2.

You have plenty of RBs, Cadillac may have started slow but Im sure he'll pick up nicely along the way. In my fantasy leagues I did think that Roy Williams will have a great season. He did face 2 of the best defenses, he can only do better. You should of let us know how many you start and bench.

Okay first off you have a pretty decent lineup. Reggie is going to do good unless he gets hurt. Fred is having a break out year. Cadillac is a weak point, but that's okay. Roy is weak, trade'm. Good call on that. If I were to pulling the trigger I'd go with Joseph Addai. He is the running back for Indy - no question. Granted Indy is going to pass 2x as much as they run, but he will score and he may even have 3-4 100 yard rushing games. He will score a few TD's, but not a heck of a lot. He'll put up good rookie numbers - let's put it that way. Deuce is really on his way out. He'll get some good runs, but he's split with the maybe the new best all-around player in Reggie Bush (Let's face it the guy's the new Marshall Faulk). Roy is not going to get you the value that Joseph will and Deuce will just be an underachiever for you this year. I think Javon, Laverneaus, Reggie, Fred, Cadillac and Joseph would be a dynamite combo in Fantasy. BTW who is your QB and Defense? Good luck.

definitely not for addai..indy passes the balll...id trade for deuce..in case reggie gets hurt..roy williams is useless just like detroit

Trade him for Addai, I think he will start getting most of the carries for Indy.
