I am an alternative medicinal therapist and what you are taking is very over rated and doesn't work that well.You would be best off saving your money and going to see an acupressure therapist or a massage therapist who will use aromatherapy oils, very beneficial I use it on all my patients who have your problem.

I use cod liver oil capsules on a daily basis along with royal jelly both avalible from your local chemists,helps my aching joints no end..

i use flaxseed oil as i am veggi but it has a similar effect to codliveroil and helps. I also like to do gentle stretching excercises such as Yoga or Pilates as they help keep the joins moving - but i guess that is somthing you should check with a doctor about.
