In my opinion, hardee's hand scooped strawberry icecream

hardee's is hard to beat, but steak and shake does pretty good, too.

Steak 'n Shake, they have THE best milkshakes. They are better than Dairy Queen. My favorite is strawberry, but they now have new ones. Just one drink of their shakes and u will be hooked.

Arbys has the best Jamoka Shake on earth if you have never had one go out and get one soon they are the best
But your right too hardees has really good regular shakes

I would have said Steak 'n Shake, but I got food poisening there a few years ago. Then so did my husband a year after that. You people watch out!

I don't think any have great shakes. They all use soft serve ice cream and flavored syrup. To get the best shake you have to go to a good old fashion ice cream store where they use real ice cream and all the good old fashion ingredients.
