I had the worst dining experience ever.

Im that person who don't like to complain, but this was on another level.

The food looked burned and tasted like it was microwaved, it was very dry, it was the worst food i ever ate at a restaurant.
The waitress did not even bother to ask me if it was good, she just cleaned up the full plate of food since i refused to eat it.

I left her a note on the napkin, that i would never be coming back.

Have you ever had a bad experience with them?

Yes, I have and once my boyfriend did. You should have ask to speak to the manager. My boyfriend received a gc for a free dessert which he gave to me because he refused to ever go back. That was over a year ago, I used the gc recently and had an excellent meal. Their Salmon is very good.

Never. I am really surprised they have some of the best management in the industry. Did you bring the situation to the attention of the manager. In every case I have seen where someone was unhappy with the service the manager either replaced the meal with something else or didn't charge the person for the meal. I have good friends that work for them and their policy is very clear if you are unhappy with the meal or it even looks like you are unhappy they must ask you if the meal is acceptable. Please call the manager today and tell them what happened so they can correct the problem. They are usually very good about making sure their customers are happy and satisfied.

Avoid eating burnt chunks of food as you may suffer from cancer. The black chunks may be considered as tar like when smoking. UV rays are transmitted into the food when placed in a microwave. It's not good for your health. Why not try baked macaroni with beefballs and tomato sauce. Add mozarella cheese?

Me and my daughter went right into a eating place suited on the corner of my block and no person even waited on us. They observed us status there and did not even say am i able to make it easier to or something. After 20 minutes, we purely left. The eating place is amazingly prejudice. that could be a properly-widely used Mexican-Cuban eating place. we are African-American. i've got went in there previously purely to %. up a 6-%. of beer and the ladies individuals take so long to attend on you. you will desire to declare some thing to them. the adult males wait on you suited away.

no personally i haven't had a bad experience. but i have only gone once and didn't ereally like the food too much. I don't think it was because they cooked it bad or anything i just didn't like it. I chalked it up to a lesson learned and i won't go back.

sounds gross. Ive never been to one of them but the name of the place confused me. Hope they had booze...only way to improve a place like that. PS...the squeaky wheel gets the grease...next time let them know...theyll replace the food or something at least.
