Yeah they are, so funny. I remember when I lived in Australia and I first saw them on a TV awards show, and Kim had an evening dress on and when she turned around you could see her G-string, hilarious!

They most certainly are. They are Victorians and when you see any scenes filmed in a shopping centre, it's Fountain Gate shopping centre
