Disney was the only movie company that would agree to apple's flat fee for movies. Other companies demanded a variable rate. They wanted to put a different price on each movie. Apple refused. So we are still waiting for them to reach a compromise.

Cause that is currently the only deal apple has made. In time other studios will sign on just like it took a bit for other TV stations to join. It is always growing.
