Could it be he's been wearing the same underwear since the last time he had sex with you?
If it's been over a week; then yes, I'd confront him on it...

Most people's underwear gets dirty just from wearing them. Maybe he wore the same underwear and had not changed them since the last time you had been with him. The dirty could come from sweat, urine or the normal seepage that men may have depending on what they are thinking about. If you are that concerned about it you can have it tested for DNA.

this same thing happened to me. I was taking a shower my clothes where on the floor. My g/f is at my house. she picks my clothes up and takes them to the laundry room. I get out of the shower and she is coming unhinged. I ask her why she thinks I would do that. she confronts me with my boxers. They are cotton,black boxer briefs. I had taken a shower the night before and put them on. I had been working allot so it had been about a week since we had sex.(which is a long time for us).
there was 2 little spots in my shorts. my guess was the dream i had about us that night. so don't jump to conclusions. ask him about it maybe he was spanking the monkey, who knows?

Don't say anything, it may be innocent. Now if you suspect him of cheating, just write this day down and keep it in your head for later. You need more evidence before you can confront him. YOu will only make him made and he will win
