Its easy to answer this question with a simple yes or no, but not many replies have given reasons for thier choice.
I am an Arsenal supporter, and i believe, at this present time, we have as much chance of winning the Premier League as the likes of Chelsea, Man Utd Liverpool, or a host of other teams.
Realistically, i think that this season will not be ours, as we need time to adapt to the new Ashburton Grove pitch. Its longer and wider than the pitch at Highbury, and although it is the same for both teams, it is our home ground and getting used to the size will take time.
Most teams who move to new grounds take time to adapt to the new surroundings and Arsenal will be no different.
Next season will be the test as to whether we can win the title, because by then we will be used to the pitch size, atmosphere, and also used to negative teams coming to the ground and playing for a point.
Rosicky and Baptista will play crucial roles this season, and if Baptista stays, he will be amazing for us next term. 2007-2008 could well see the title coming back to North London.
As for this year, well Chelsea are again in with a shout, as to Man Utd and Liverpool. Dont write off Everton or Portsmouth to be the surprise packages this season, as both of them are capable of challenging for European places.

Yes....They have as good a chance as Chelsea, Man U, and Liverpool. Everybody was giving Man U the title in the first 4 weeks, but against a depleted Arsenal Squad who has key injuries to Henry, Van Persie, Senderos, and Diaby, Man U looked outclassed in the midfield. Cesc Fabregas dominated the midfield and outplayed and eventually dispossessed Cristiano Ronaldo to set up the game winner.
Chelsea does have good players, but can they all mesh since everybody wants to score individual goals? Liverpool is very dangerous also, with the additions of Kuyt and Bellamy. I feel Portsmouth will fade back into the pack since they are not as deep as the big four who can survive with key injuries.
As soon as Henry gets back into match fitness, Arsenal will set its sails and start flying again. I feel Chelsea, Arsenal, and Liverpool have the most talent, but it will come down to the managers. It will be the Usual Four Horse race in the EPL. Chelsea, Arsenal, Man U, and Liverpool.

No,maybe next season.
They still depend a lot on Henry, when he's playing Arsenal is untouchable but once he's injury the gunners looks like dreamers...
Arsene wenger needs to find strikers that can fill up the slot when henry is not available..
But i believe they are going to win the EPL soon.

That they can, they can but I've seen the problem in Henry who's not doing much lately... He asked for support in the field but it hasn't been given yet. Altough they played really well against M.U. last weekend

They can....but they won't. Unless west ham, chelski, liverpool, spurs and utd lose draw all their games. Then they will. I forgot about charlton, wigan and bolton. They won't win.
