Yep. That 100% happiness is definitely short-lived. Therefore, the person tends to be bully [yet again] to gain further power over things or other people. They don't exactly have contentment until all things they see bow before their feet. But then again, that contentment is short-lived because at least (for example) 1 of the people under that person's control, the one who felt so cheated or denied freedom or controlled etc..., will find a way to dent or bring down that existing power over themselves. Imagine the bad leaders of other nations that were overthrown by its people. ^__^

Are you asking this because you know someone who appears happy in every way, but is bullying someone?

Well dont be fooled by them! I have seen it so many times before: So many bullies are actually quite bright, and can put on a really good show of happiness, confidence, and being in control.

People generally bully others to try and satisfy a lack of control or superiority in their own lives. You never know, maybe this "happy bully" has a really unstable family / tons of bros and sisters who fight for attention & love / an abusive parent / or maybe they wet the bed and act like a baby behing closed doors!? These are all characteristics that a bully might have.

For a bully, unfortunately happiness is just a front.
...Unless they are just completely psycho!

People who are 100% happy with themselves don't bully others. It's the people that are unhappy that do. Just because someone has alot of things doesn't guarantee happiness or self esteem.

Sometimes we all feel insecure - and that is when it's easy to pick on people.

I would say that I'm content with my life and happy with pretty much every aspect, but being honest I have some days where I feel insecure, for whatever reason, and on those insecure days I can easily say something nasty or pick on someone for no particular reason. It's only once on a blue moon, but nobody is perfect.

No. It is actually the exact opposite. People who seek to bully, are projecting their own insecurities onto others. The way people treat others is a reflection of how they feel about themselves.
