A leap year has 366 days.

52 weeks = 52 * 7 = 364 days, leaving 2 remaining days.

Both days cannot be Friday.

Therefore, the probabilty of the first day being Friday is 1/7.
The probability of the second day being Friday is 1/7 * the chance that the first day was not Friday, or 6/7.

Thus, the probability is 1/7 + 6/49 = 13/49.
