Relax. You are trying way to hard. Girls like guys that are confident (not arrogant!).
You need to focus on the relationships and and treat ladies like ladies.
Sex is different for ladies. They are allowing someone else into their bodies, that's trust. They are more likely to give themselves to someone who cares about them than someone who wants their body. They can tell the difference. You need to really care.
Because you are in so much of a hurry, focus on ladies that are not in relationships.
