I also have fatigue, and loss of appetite. I often wake up in a cold sweat. Any idea as to what could cause this?

I would get your ticker checked. My mom I know, it might seem different had similair symptoms, could not regulate her body temperature, would have cold sweats and then burn up, she had swelling of the ankels, extreme fatigue, and the like. Anyway she was diagnoised with heart disease that had settled on her aorta, final result, a valve job (St. Jude Stainless Steel, aorta) Go to the doctor and have a checkup. It might be nothing but than again is it worth ignoring? GOOD LUCK!!!

Yep...I know exactly what the problem is. Your testosterone is low....and the level is still falling. It's called Male Menopause. Check with a Urologogist for possible problems and to get the "fix" for it.
It IS fixable. I've had it myself!
You're 30??? That's way too early to be having this problem. DO go to the Urologist soon. There's a problem with your Nads.

Have you had these symptoms for long? These symptoms are common to many serious and not so serious ailments, you better have it checked out just to be on the safe side.
Afterwards you will be able to make up your mind if you want to go natural or chemical for your treatment (if needed).
But Dogzilla is right, you are too young for Andropose (male menopause).
