Carry it's favourite toys around the house in it's mouth? Mine has a catnip pillow it takes everywhere with him, and he just took my fluffy topped pen downstairs to play with as I kept taking it off him! Just wanted to share really!!

Yes. I have two cats. Figaro & Rosina. Figaro doesn't carry things around but Rosina.... she's insane! She loves the plastic rings from gallons of milk jugs and comes running when I open a new gallon. She could be sound asleep at the other end of the house and she hears that click and bam she's there. She bats them around the floor, carrys them to the next room, puts them in my shoes, sandals and slippers and I constantly find them in her ?!?!?WATER BOWL!?!?!? What is up with THAT?
When she was a kitten she had a favorite ball (with a bell inside) that she would carry everywhere. She'd bat it down a flight of stairs, chase it down and then carry it back to the top and do it again and again!
Figaro & Rosina give a hearty "MEOW" to your kitty. Have a great day!!!

I knew a lot of people with cats and had a few myself.
I only know of one cat who took things in her mouth. She used to pick up paper balls and carry them around the apartment. She'd bring them to humans when she wanted them to play with her. They'd call her the little puppy. It was so cute.

Both of mine do this. One loves playing fetch with his favourite toy - Fred Fish. The girl cat brings you 'presents' and expects to be petted and fussed over.

anything fluffy my cat twinkle loves even a fluffly thong which is pretty embarassing when guests come around!! also one thing that hached me off once was when i bought an £8 toy for her, got it out of the bag and she proceeded to get in the bag and sit watching me play with her toy!

One of my cats, Jemima, will play "fetch" but she gets bored very quickly. The other one Ruby hides socks, but that's as close to carrying things as they get. They seem to have very short attention spans and one day they will favour one toy and the next day they will totally ignore the toy. Fussy so and so's!

Yes, I have one cat who totally demolished a large furry mouse toy. He now carries the bit of red fur that covered the mouse with him everwhere. I woke up the other morning to find both my cats curled up asleep alongside me and the piece of red fur on my pillow.

Bless!!

Mine doesn't, but my parents had a cat that carried it's favourite mouse toy everywhere, and even slept with it in it's basket.

Not really, my kitty always runs around the house with my keys in her mouth....to hide them from me. Any time I hear jingling at night I know I have a long morning ahead of me.

No, but she makes live mice captures and then releases them in my bed in the middle of the night. Makes life intresting to say the least.......
