Nope. It's just an urban myth that walt Disney asked to be cyrogenically frozen so he could be re-animated should such technology ever come into being.

No. This is nothing but a rumor & an urban myth. Walt Disney was cremated after he died on December 15, 1966, & his ashes interred at Forrest Lawn Cementary in Los Angeles, CA. There is no truth or proof that Walt Disney was cryogenically frozen or his head was frozen as well. These are just a bunch of useless myths.

I don't believe it is. None of the biographies I have ever read about Walt Disney have referred to this fact.

And about the answer stating "so he could be brought back when they could cure what killed him" -- Walt Disney died of lung cancer.

I hope you don't seriously think that. First off, why would they freeze just the head. Second, at that point in time Walt had no clue chrygoenic freezing existed. He was cremated after his death.

Yes, it could B.
The likelihood of Walt Disney having the funds & the desire 2 live again is proberly high, I think it's very possible that it's a true.

I reckon it must be, and if you want to see for yourself, you can catch up with the Disney on Ice tour at a town near you all this winter (check ebay for details!)

His body was frozen not his head. Disney's body was frozen so that he could be brought back if a cure was found for what killed him.

No. It was an urban legend started in the 1970s after he died. He is quite dead and unfrozen. Unlike Ted Williams or a snow cone.

Yes, I've already used up the rest with carrots and potatoes, but I'm saving the head to make sausage.
