I dont know the layout and location of the crawl space , but I have had real good sucess by using one of those Bug foggers , its kinda like a flea bomb , you just toss it in the crawlspace and shut the door , I would do that and then dont gto down there for 7 or 8 hours , the place will be loaded with dead bugs .......good luck

Get an "Insect Bomb" and fumigate the area. They can be purchased at any of the hardware or home supply stores. I think the grocery store even carries them. That will cover the whole area. I do it in my attic at least once a year.

You can try two different things. 1) spray cedar oil in there, bugs don't like cedar, or 2) try putting a bounce dryer sheet in there. There's always "Raid", if you don't mind the chemicals?
