Some might be......Some might just do it as a fad or because they think it's cool. So what......Why judge them on what they wear? They like it, so let them be. True Wiccans (who are NOT Satanists) know who they are and can usually spot a phony a mile away.
Your asking of this question suggests that you very little about either belief (religion). If you did you would not have grouped Wiccans and Satanists together in such a manner to suggest that they are the same thing. Do a little research.

The only goths I know who think they are wiccans / satanists happen to be goths who are wiccans or satanists.
It's a style of dress.
Not all wiccans and satanists dress goth. I'd say most dress just like you and me.
