The closest to the cheat you want is the deadly car cheat. I can't remember it, but i think it is similar to this L1 L2 L2 R1 R2 R2 up down down up, i can't remeber the rest. Make sure you're out of the car when you tap it in

no but there is gameshark disc specifally for gta: san andreas, i just happen to have it, and it has that cheat code for the car to never be damaged, the very one your looking for.
