Cuz they have shrunk and they dont want their whole belly showing.....and somewhere in their mind, they are uncomfortable wearing them. Even tho they know theyre short.
They are most likely pulling them down in front of certain people.

i only wear short t-shits when i have nothign ealse to wear or when i find one at good will thats realllllly cute and i love it, so i have to wear it, but i try to find a thin tank to go under so i wont have to pull it down, thats relly annoying.

because they realize later they dont have the right body to wear those kinda shirts. lol im jus joking. i dont know y. i do that even with shirts that are long. i guess its just a habit

Because its fashion.
If something is fashionable, girls do it.
Logic or sensible, don't have any place in fashion.

Too look "Hot"...Obviously they are not comfortable in their fashion statement, or confident enough to wear item!!!

becoz showing the cleavage make them n hot and when theytry to cover it that make them sexy .boys always run after those things which are covered ;)
