No, man...go for it...if it feels right, why not? As long as it's consensual and not statutory rape or anything, I think it's all right.
lou lou -they don't have the same mother/father...that'd be if they were half-siblings. They are step-siblings...get it right.

Bi-logically, I personally believe No.
However, that is a bit too discomforting.
"keeping it in the family" pretty much comes in mind and that is not a good thing to be that close to someone in your family that can easily cause dysfunction if you two go through a bad situation together: break up or something negative that will cause one or both to be extremely mad at each other.
At the same time, it can cause some confusion. Such as if you two had a baby together, you will be a father and a step uncle at the same time. She will be a mother and step aunt. See what I am getting at? It causes mixture. Another form of "Days of Our Lives" soap opera.
Introducing "Here is my step sister/girlfriend or sex partner" isn't so accepted in society.
So you will be taking a lot of judgmental and life consequences on having sex with her. Some feel it is a form of incest now that you two are related by marriage. As far as getting in trouble for it, I don't think there is a law against it. However, I am not up to par on knowing other states or countries laws either. So, I advise to really do research if scared of getting in trouble by law.
However, your life and choice. Make it a wise one.

Techincally and biologically speaking, it isn't incest because she isn't in any way blood-related to you. So if she were to get pregnant as a result, then you wouldn't have to worry about inbreeding issues.
Socially, however, it is incest, because when your parent married her parent, she socially became your sister-leading to the conclusion that it is socially considered incest. Society will not accept you, so I strongly suggest that you don't sleep with her again. There are millions of other women in the world to sleep with. Go find another girl.

Ok,hun it is not sick,you are not related.Your blood lines are no where near the same.In todays society we have alot who judge,who have no right or reason to do so.If you love her and she loves you,you cant change that.You cannot help who you love.She is your step sister not biologically your sister there is no relation except for the fact that your parent married her parent.It is not wrong,and it isnt dirty.You are not nasty either.Some judge and have no reason to do so.Lets use this scenerio,if you met her and were dating previous to your parents getting married,but then your parents got married it doesnt make you family,just by marriage.Genetically you are not related.Who cares what people think,she isnt your sister other than by marriage.There is no relation there.Good luck.
Oh and to add to the one who said that "Sex is purely physical".That is not so,sex is emotional as well as physical.There are emotions involved in a sexual act.

Incest is when its between blood relatives. If neither of you have any common blood then it isn't incest. However its a difficult matter in itself and probably not worth the drama.
Personally I find it sick but to each his own.

It is not incest but does it make you happy and peaceful? Sex is purely physical. You can do that to anybody not related to you. You have a choice. Hope you do the right one.

I believe that it would be incest if she were your blood sister. However, it is still sick because regardless if she's your real or step sister, she's still known as your sister. Don't get any ideas!!!!!! That would devastate the family.

Nope! Incest is when you had or have a sexual relationship with a relative(blood related!). You just became related because of your Mother/Father.

This is your life and your going to do what you want or what you think is right. She's not your blood sister so hell do it if you feel conferable doing it with her. I marry my stepfathers, Half Brother. We're no way blood related but people sometimes don't get it. I just don't care, because I love him. So, at the end is your decision.

its not incest but it might make dinner with the parents a little awkard. i suggest you find someone else unless she is really really hot. just remember after you do the deed it cant be undone.
