I can't believe that you put Justin TImberlake and rocks in the same sentence. No, it doesn't rock. It's not good either.

NO!! Justin Timberlake's new album does not rock at all. Korn, Defftones, Skynyrd, Mudvayne now those are some bands that rock but Justin he blows.

No, not really it sounds alot like the last album he made, but i will admit there are some songs on there that i really like.
