YEP!!! My 2 brothers both joined the Navy and have had the times of their lives.
It'll be tough to begin with being a rookie and all, but you'll make life long friends and will visit some awesome places.
You'll go in a boy and come out a man within months. Believe me, I've seen it with my own eyes!!
Get signing on the dotted line ........ NOW !! If you don't you'll regret it.

it's actually a mindset thing, if you don't have a self induced motive for an action the chances are you will be easily distracted from it. honestly, it depends on you not what other people think, personally i believe the navy is a good place to be in and i have tried getting in but did not succeed and would not discourage anyone because if i had a new opportunity i would go for it....
