please tell me the difference and if its ok 2 use the new one thanx very much : )

Its okay to use the new one. The number is just the nominal amount of voltage for the power supply to operate as intended. Household AC voltages are 240 and 120 volts.
(The 240 volts line is for devices like an electric clothes dryer and an electric oven.)

I assume you are talking about your light on and off switch. 110 is the voltage… Most all currents coming out of your light switches and your plugs in the wall are 110. The dryer plug is a 240 volt. I do not know why your other switch would be 115 but I am sure your 110 will work fine.

It is o.k.. Your house electric supply comes in at 220 vac. (2 legs of 110). Back when it came in at 230 (2 legs of 115). I dont know why but, thats how it is and your new power supply should be fine, also make sure it is rated to accept 50/60 hertz.
