I am a bridesmaid in a wedding next Saturday and I have to wear these sandal heels with my dress. They are tight and uncomfortable now. I am trying to wear them everyday for a few minutes but they are still a little tight. Any suggestion of what to do when I don't wear them so they will be broken in? Thanks.

I would do the sock thing too. Just wear them a while a day.

I have the benefit of a cousin whose feet are 1/2 bigger than mine. For a few bucks, she breaks in my shoes. :)

Ewwww...

Buy some shoe stretch!!! Its in an aerosol can, 'bout 5 bucks. Usually sold anywhere "boots"/leather wear, etc., is sold. Motorcycle shops/Army Surplus Stores usually carry it...Spray insides of shoes/sandals heavy, wear as long as possible, repeat, until comfy!!!

Ole' school trick
Put on a heavy pair of cotton socks, soak 'em in rubbing alcohol, then put sandals on. Doesn't work as fast as shoe stretch but, more convenient...Break a leg!!!

When at home put on socks with these and walk around house, this will promote a little stretching, also buy those Dr Scholls Gell inserts "Are u gellin'?" things from the commercial, they really work (i have a pair for my new shoes)

They have something at the shoe store that stretches them, but I wore very thin socks, so they were not to different from panyhose and I wore them around the house as much as possible even when sitting just to get them stretched some!

Unfortunately I dont think so...you are doing the right thing though...wear them as much as possible so your feet are used to them!
