I can't send Mg's from yahoo & hotmail to yahoo mail but I received mail from Yahoo mail.why can't I send?

I think either the account to which u are sending doesn;t exist or may be deleted.
Try to send the mail to ur account itself.If it also failed try contacting Yahoo,Msn Customer Care.

check your SMTP settings.
