Wow that is a hard question and I see your point, but I think you should ask him anyway. I grew up hearing a lot of people talk about not dating/marrying outside your race. Now I live on the other side of the world and date whoever I want regardless of their race and to be honest, I will probably end up marrying outside my own race too.... so many pretty Asian girls here who love American guys. lol Anyway, ask that guy out and if he feels his parents won't freak out too much he will say yes, but if he says no at least you know it probably isn't YOU it is you race. And well... you can't do anything about that, but just chalk it up to ignorance on the part of parents. Right?

Just because you ask someone to homecoming doesn't mean your "dating" them per say. The problem is that you never really talk. Just go ahead and ask him, see what he says

girl yea u should ask him,,,when u ask him go by the first reaction he do when u ask him,,,and just because his parents want him to date indian girls don't mean he will,,try and ask him before the other girls ask him ,,then it will be 2 late

I would let him decide..... try sending him on a treasure hunt to you and then ask him. Or just walk up to him and ask him if he says no at least you still have enough time to find another date, right?
