Cell phone, cuz cell phone can also put music in it.. if the hand phone is good and iPod you can't use a phone with it.

Cell phone & it's just a cell phone. Why? Because it's the only phone service I have. Music & Video it all on my computer.

Cell phone for sure, more features, more functions and most of all, more IMPORTANT.
iPod Sucks, kids love it.
