ohh my, why do people make comments about staying in school and learning how to spell??
gee I'm not sure, look, I can see that you will grow up to be a brain surgeon or maybe even an astronaut or something else that requires the amount of intelligence that I am sure you posses, but no go ahead, don't go to school, don't learn to read or write or spell or add up 1 + 1 because in years to come there will be no need for it, so why not start now?? this next generation will show us silly educated people a thing or two

The person reviewing your resume and application for a job won't think much of your spelling skills, either. Like it or not, you're going to interact with others through written language. Your skills at doing so will influence how your life turns out.
Want to get really, really good at sweeping floors? Then just keep on spelling like you did on your question.

Just a bit of sniper practice.
In reality, it makes it a lot easier to understand a question or answer if written in some form of universally understood language.
