Up, Down, Left or Right?
Does this have an effect on the shape of your penis when erect?

I have mine upward...
And i believe it affects the shape...

1) I try to keep it free-fall.... That means as loose as possible, without any friction or pressure from anything.... That way, it doesn't go in any direction except where I take it!
2) It does not have any effect of the penis' shape whatsoever, unless you keep it so tightly crushed that you make sure it has no chance to be "free". That means that unless you keep it tight like a vice grip in your pants, it shouldn't affect it's shape whether you hang left, right, up or down.

i keep mine up. maybe i got used to it and makes me comfortable. even when i get an erection, its easier to hide and i adjust sideways ususally on the right. as to the effect on the shape, i dont think there is really an effect on the shape. i think your penis is just like any other part of the body like your nose, foot etc. shape is mostly genetics i guess..

with a nine inch flaccid penis, with a prince albert piercing at the tip of my head, i find it more comfortable to keep my pleaure provider facing right in my underwear. hanging up or down frequently causes the piercing to pinch the skin it's pressing against.
most times, however, i go without underwear as this provides me with little opportunity for the piercing to rub snuggly against any surface. i tend to wear oversized clothing for thid purpose, also.

When it's erect I have is striaght up. Besides that I have is down.
The straight up gives it a curve affect.
The hanging puts stress on it...

Usually straight up in my briefs. Don't have any curve problems have always kept it that way, normal position. Seems awkward if for some reason I tuck it downward.

I dont have to worry bout it cause it does not hang. It shrinks up and close to my body.
