Are there any negetaive effects of undergoing such operation. My size in full erection is only 6 inches long and one inch wide. What will be the cost involved.

Penis is the most sensitive organ in the mans body. Length of the penis has nothing to do with Capability to do sex. With sexual stimulation, penis enlarges due to flow of blood into corpora cavernosa(the chambers present in the penis). Medication such as viagra causes dilatation of the vessels to increase blood flow to the penis and causes sustained erection.There is a limit to everything.Too much blood flow causes painful erection which is useless for sex.
Surgeries on penile enlargement are comnpletely useless.Any injury to nerve supply will leave a penis with no sensation or sometimes no erection at all.
The length of ur penis is sufficient for active sex life.Forget about penis enlargement surgeries and medication and lead a normal sexual life.Best of luck mate.

Apparently the procedure costs about $3,000.00 to $5,000.00 and is not covered by medical insurance, so it's all out-of-pocket for you. They also indicated that most of the men who had the surgery were not satisfied and/or had problems of one sort or another, so the general gist of the article was that it isn't worth it. The only devices on the market that have any scientific data to back up their claims of effectiveness are traction devices. They cost anywhere from $300.00 to $750.00.

6 inch is enough for satisfactory sex.Why you want to take risk of side effects of cosmetic surgery which usually is not effective.
