14 years ago I had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out. The dentist was horrible and didn't put me to sleep. I could feel everything and when I tried to push him away, he just tied my arms to the chair. One arm broke through and I was tied even tighter. I felt him take out 3 of them before he took a rest and I was able to tell him. He gave me a shot in the mouth for the 4th so I felt nothing. He didn't apologize and we didn't take any action. Earlier this week, I had a biopsy done where a wisdom tooth was as there was a hole in my bone and they found gauze from the extraction 14 years ago. What legal action can I take against this dentist?

You may have already exceeded the statute of limitations but it is possible that you still have a case as this was recently discovered. There was no way to know that he left materials inside of your mouth until the biopsy, so that could count to "renew" the limitations.
Girl I feel for you, I had to be put under general for the surgeon to get anywhere near me, and general is dosed by your weight. They didn’t want to take 5 seconds to weigh me, so I gave them an assumption of my weight, which was more than 20 pounds higher than I actually weighed. I had been unable to eat due to my wisdom teeth and lost a significant amount of weight. I woke up wailing like a banshee.

You need to call a medical malpractice lawyer as this issue escalated and you are still suffering from it. Why you did not take action previously? You can sue the guy, collect documentation and start right away as this process is long and complicated but its worth it.
