I usually have heavy periods very painful, this last one was really light and not painful, now I have finished I am starting to feel like I'm coming on again, bloated stomach, some cramps and itchy painful boobs. Please help.

I have aways had heavy bleeds and flooding, then suddenly they got lighter and lighter for 3 months then I missed one altogether, then the last two have come with a vengeance last one a fortnight ago, and starting again today. Mine is the menopause, could this be your problem. If you are younger see your doc as it could be something else, but remember some people start the change as early as their thirty's.

I have exactly the same, and have tried every remedy known to man to relieve the sore itching breasts, apparently I have excess oestrogen, which is actually standing me in good stead, in that now I am older, my hair still shines, I have no bad wrinkles. Try evening primrose oil, vit B 6, Omega 3 oil. Eat healthily and drink lots of water. When I was feeling like you, I tried to get out and exercise and honestly it does help. Good luck, I have every sympathy for you. Even worse, I put on about a stone every six or so weeks before my period decides to come on. Lifes a ***** for us women some times. I have been told having children helps, but that is rather drastic!!!!

Are you on the pill? Did you run 2 packets 2geter? That can be the cause or got to ur doctor or gynecologist

well there might be more to come. everyones period is not always the same they can change at any point in a womans life. nothing to worry about

What i suggest is waiting until you know whether you are having another period, if you dont, get yourself a pregancy test.

it doesnt have to mean anything, it might just be a fluke.
although you'd be much better going to see your GP, rather than just asking advice over the internet.
