No. America is 50% female as it is, and there still hasn't even been a female president yet.

Black people I believe make up the largest ethnic minority in America (could be up to 10-20%? I'm not too sure on the number, but it's definitly the largest group after white.) so if any non-caucasean president is to be put in power, it would be a black person first. (To go against that order, I believe there is a black contender at the moment who could fill that role next election, an up and coming? Not sure of the name - my american college mate was telling me).

But either way, Asian-American's are such a small percentage of the population, and America being the patriotic nation that it is - a president having to be a face for the people. I can't ever see a situation where an Asian-American would be president - at least not for the next 100-150 years. It's as unlikely and unnatural as an American being president in China or Japan. They just don't represent the people they'd lead

I would say yes, at some point in the future we're bound to have an Asian-American president. However, I would not say it's going to happen in the next 50 years; maybe not even in the next 100. Asian Americans are, sadly, not nearly as involved in politics as they should be. As a relatively small minority group (compared to Latinos and African-Americans) they wield less influence despite the fact that they overall are more affluent than other minority groups (in general). This lack of a strong political base, as well as candidates means that it's not likely to happen any time soon. I believe our first minority president is likely to be Hispanic in ancestry.

When the Asian-American out-populate the Whites,Black and the hispanics, then only an Asian-American can become the president of US. Otherwise its only possible in movies.

seeing how our current president has pissed the whole world off and made enemies with every one we may not have a country long enough for anyone asian black white or even hispanic to be president.
