that people with mental disorders that commit a crime go to a prison for people with disabilitys to get therapy and not stick them in population with normal people and i dont mean people who try to plead insanity i mean downs,retarded,autistic,etc...

I'd impose a law with lots of quirks to it like one that makes it against the law to go online and claim to be a kidnapper, terrorist, brainwasher who ties up women and zaps them with a cattle prod, etc. Then we could pass a law allowing us to track down anyone saying that stuff and arrest them immediately, especially if they make claims about how no one's checked their garage yet. If someone gets on and says they're giving their child adult bipolar meds and beating the crap out of them then I'd know justice could be sent their way immediately too. I know there are a lot of quirks and it's an invasion of privacy and all, but it would cut down on people saying stuff for attention...and might stop some more crimes being committed.

I would make people over the age of 70 turn in a yearly doctor's report to get their drivers license renewed. It would have to include vision, hearing and reflex testing. I would also have them repeat the driver's portion of the test every year to make sure they are physically able to handle a car. If they pass that and they physical, they can have their license. If not, it's the bus for them.

An eye for an eye... in other words your punishment must fit your crime, ie: if you rape, your genitals get chopped off.... murder someone, death penalty.... steal and you lose a hand....
I would also impose a non-sin tax law... us smokers and drinkers already pay so much money on our vices that the government gets anyway and then they still raise our "sin-taxes" higher and higher all the time...

That children aren't allowed to pitch a fit because their tights don't feel right lol (happened in my house this morning)...The real 1st law though would be to bring back public executions. Yeah I know it's harsh but in my land I want people to be scared of criminal actions.
