she looks like her mom..than Missy Elliot is Ciara's mom!

Missy did have her on some tracks though.
Ciara born in Austin Texas in 1985
Missy born in Portsmouth VA in 1971
Although the years suggest she could have had her at 14, she didnt! I dont think they look alike either.
