Actually John Reid asked a good question, How can the Islamic community deny the fact that the only children that have been suicide bombers have been Islamic. So parents of the Islamic sect, teach your children that life is better than killing ones self.

If anyone can tell me what other religion teaches children that blowing oneself up for some reason is sane then I would like to know. Islamic religion is the only one that I know of. British Government should definitely consider expulsion of extreme Muslims and their families. I can not see why you Brits would want to live with a time bomb living next door to you.

I have no problem with anyone of any religion living in this country. However if they come and live here they should abide by our laws. As radical muslims believe in violence against non muslims they should be kicked out. At then end of the day regardless of your beliefs or what our government may have done there is no excuse for blowing up innocent civillians. I also think that members of the muslim comunity should work with the authorites to search out anyone who has or could potentially commit a terroroist act. After all the london bombers killed indiscriminately and muslims died as well as athiests and peoole of other faiths. It is their responsibillity as it is everyones to be vigilant and help protect us against this threat. If anyone doesn't beleive that then they should leave now because you have no place living here.

Why is there such a thing as moderate Islam? Islam teaches that there is no law but Islam law. The prime minister of Australia, a man who has some guts, told all Muslims to live by their country's democratically established laws or get out. Everyone else should follow suit.

With everyday that comes more and more people are becoming racist. This not the answer. If the appeal hadn't been so condescending it only fuelled the fire of the Muslim belief, which is what he was really aiming for. When you believe passionately that your religion is the right one and become a fundamentalist you no longer function as a normal person. We should ban all religions and see what happens.........

Indeed, very interesting theory here, almost as racist as Reid himself.

Where we ask parents to control their child, especially where they might be brainwashed into killing other people, would mad Dr Reid agree that this might include the army enlisting at schools, which is, of course, an enticement for young men and women to go and invade other people countries and kill them.

Where you cannot see both sides of this point, you are indeed a racist.

I only have a problem with other nationalties and religions being in the UK when they try and change our way of life. Also, when they criticise us but yet THEY STAY! If it's so bad GO! If not, then the government should definitely send them back to their caves.

"There may be moderate Muslims, but Islam itself is not moderate. There is no difference between Islam and Islamic fundamentalism. At most there is a difference of degree but not of kind."

What John Reid said today was ridiculous, he asked Muslim Parents to "look out for the suicide bombers in their children". Talk about alienating the Muslim community.
