Why are you strangers? Don't you want to be really close again? I think maybe you should try to at least talk to her if you're having trouble forgetting her. There must be a reason why you cant just let go.

Well the first step would be to WANT to get over her, you have to want to do it, before it can happen............Love can be a powerful thing...... your head and heart have to be in the same place.... it takes time to get over someone.........
