How do you tell someone you dont think its a good idea to be there friend anymore? I became good friends with a girl when I moved. Then she started causing all kinds of drama with me and my boyfriend. She told her ex to make him jealous that she was cheating on him with my boyfriend. I confronted her about it and she said she only said it to make him jealous and that it isnt true. She said she was sorry for doing that. I told her its ok, but I am just going to lay low for awhile b/c I was tired of all the drama. She said she understood. She gave me a couple of weeks then started getting mad b/c I didnt want to go out. She then wrote me a nasty email saying I never call her as much and I am not a true friend. I do admit I dont call or hang out with her as much but its because I needed more time. I dont really feel comfortable hanging out with her now after she wrote me that email. I dont want to hurt her feelings but its gonna happen. How do I tell her I cant b her friend

yeah uve got a good enough reason..just be polite and tell her straight and dont take sorry for an answer...if she's done it once she's capable of doing it again

It sounds like you have answered your own question. Tell her that you don't want all the drama that seems to surround her and that her email hurt your feelings and you are protecting yourself.
It is hard to "break up" with a friend but telling her is much better than just fading away.

I would just explain to her that you cant really trust her and feel that the two of you are not compatible as friends. If needed, go back into the details as to why she cant be trusted and why you feel that your friendship should be over. If she gets upset and tries something just get a restraining order or something. But, if I were you, I would tell your bf right now that you are going to end things so that the next time she tries to f*** with you and your man he wont believe her.

You just have to be honest. She may not like it, but it has to be said. She might get mad, but atleast you informed her how you feel and what type of friends you want. She is not a friend to have done what she did. Do not feel bad. Some people who come in and out of our lives aren't necessarily good for us. We have to be honest and brave enough to let them know that. Good luck.

The only way to tell her is Honestly. You really don't need a friend like that anyway. Tell her that she is right you are not a true friend to her because you don't like her.
