The most likely planet that human beings will land first is Mars. It's safe enough to say that in relatively "near" future, we will put someone on Mars.

If you mean to a planet that has oxygen, there's only one with more than or equal to 20%, Earth. If you mean traveling with like oxygen masks, it's theoretical, but there are too many variables for NASA to up and send someone to Mars tommorow.

May be. but practically we need a closed enviromment replicating the earth's climatic conditions and air generator comprising of all the composition as of the atmosphere of the earth.Or we have to adapt ourselves to live by breathing hydrogen or helium.

They would need to be able to breath, due to the distance to the nearest planet you would not want to be awake for the whole trip
